To install this plug-in copy the file d_m25.dll and this guide (m25_readme.htm) into the Astroart folder. Remember that the Starlight-Xpress USB software and drivers must be installed as well, you may download them from the SX website.

Start Astroart and click Camera control from the menu Tools / Plug-ins, then click "Setup".
If the camera and the USB driver is correctly installed the dialog window will close, if not, an error will be shown. To reset completely the camera follow this procedure: turn off the camera, turn off the PC, turn on the camera, then turn on the PC.

• CCD Range: Select here the range for all images: 16, 14 or 12 bits. 16 bit is always recommended.
  
• Pixels: Select 3032 for models produced after june 2006.
  
• SXV guider camera: Select this option if you wish to use the guide camera.
  
• Full CCD Flush: Enabled by default. It can be disabled for faster exposure startup, this can be useful for fast sequences.
  
• High precision timer: Enabled by default. Select this option to use the SXV internal timer for extremely precise short exposures.
  
• Check VID/PID: Select this option to support two SXV cameras on the same PC, setting the PID of each one. The PID of the M25C is 0325.
